In the article A masss Constitution, the precedent Howard Zinn explains his thoughts that the Constitution does non install our quality of life. His claim is not backed up by any facts or logic, exclusively purely persuasion by his own opinion. The Constitution is in fact genuinely serviceable to society because it gives citizens their accountabilitys and gives stack their freedom. The Constitution is very effective in belongings our people equal and scour though it did not clearly state this at first, it has been in tact since.
